Karen taught at the University of Pittsburgh at Johnstown in their non-credit program, at the Community Arts Center in Johnstown, and private classes.

Her love of quilting extends over 45 years. Several of her original quilts have won awards at local shows and she has been published in the Quilt World magazine.

Course Description:

Here we are, back to nine patch! It is fun to see what you can do with a simple pattern. This nine-patch is enhanced with a Celtic design and then a heart in the center containing a hint of Brazilian embroidery. There is much to learn and many ways to use it. Class samples of uses will be provided.

Course Cost:

$60 class fee + $5 materials fee.
